Definitions and Interpretations
By using the online reservation platform 7 Paintings by InterDine (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) agree to accept the following terms of use (the “General Terms and Conditions”) before reserving seats for the 7 Paintings experience – whether through online reservations, on-site reservations at the hotel or restaurant, or the purchase of gift cards.
In the context of these terms, the term “seats” or “event” refers to the 7 Paintings show. The right to release seats for reservation lies with the Platform.
The “Organizer” refers to the operator of the event location, such as the hotel or restaurant in Japan. The expressions “We” refer to the Organizer, whereas “Us” and “Our” shall be interpreted accordingly.
The designation “You” applies to the person making the reservation or anyone acting on your behalf or with your permission at our reasonable discretion. The use of “Your” is to be interpreted accordingly.

定義および解釈
InterDine が提供するオンライン予約プラットフォーム「7 Paintings」（以下「プラットフォーム」）を利用することにより、訪問者および利用者（以下「顧客」）は、7 Paintings の体験に関する座席を予約する前に、以下の利用規約（以下「一般利用規約」）を承諾したものとみなされます。これには、オンライン予約、ホテルやレストランでの現地予約、またはギフトカードの購入が含まれます。
本規約において、「座席」または「イベント」とは 7 Paintings のショーを指します。座席の予約を解放する権利はプラットフォームにあります。
「主催者」とは、日本国内のホテルやレストランなど、イベント会場の運営者を指します。「当社」または「私たち」という表現は主催者を指し、「当社の」も同様に解釈されます。
「お客様」とは、予約を行う者、または当社の合理的な判断に基づき、お客様の代理または許可を得て行動する者を指します。「お客様の」という表現も同様に解釈されます。

Reservations
1. All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥) and include – unless otherwise stated – the service fee and the applicable Japanese consumption tax.
2. The reservation of seats for the 7 Paintings events at the respective venues in Japan is subject to availability and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions. A completed reservation process constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
3. The confirmation of the seat reservation will be sent to the email address you provided after successful completion.
4. Seat allocation takes place on-site according to availability. A guarantee or reservation of specific seats is not possible.
5. The reservation is valid only on the day of the event and at the booked time.
6. Any unlawful use of the websites 7paintings.com and their contents and data for the sale or resale of seats for advertising or business purposes is prohibited without prior written consent of the Platform.
7. We assume no liability for lost, stolen, or destroyed booking confirmations.
8. Our liability applies only to bookings made through platforms managed by us.
9. By possessing or using a booking confirmation, you do not acquire any rights to symbols, trademarks, or logos.
10. Any reservation or booking confirmation that violates these GTC is invalid and non-refundable.
11. Reservations may be transferred to another person. Changes must be reported no later than 4 hours before the booked time.
12. By performing an action on the booking website, the customer confirms legal capacity and acceptance of the GTC.

予約について
1. すべての料金は日本円（¥）で表示され、特に記載がない限り、サービス料および日本の消費税が含まれます。
2. 座席予約は空席状況および本規約の遵守が条件となります。予約完了時点で規約に同意したものとみなされます。
3. 予約確認書は、完了後に指定のメールアドレスへ送信されます。
4. 座席は当日の空席状況に応じて現地で割り当てられます。特定席の保証はできません。
5. 予約はイベント当日の指定時間にのみ有効です。
6. 事前の書面許可なく、サイトやデータを商業目的で使用することは禁止されています。
7. 紛失・盗難・破損した予約確認書について当社は責任を負いません。
8. 当社の責任は、当社が管理するプラットフォームで行われた予約に限られます。
9. 予約確認書は、記載されている商標・ロゴの利用権を与えるものではありません。
10. 規約違反の予約は無効で返金不可となります。
11. 予約は譲渡可能です。変更は4時間前までにご連絡ください。
12. 予約操作により、お客様は法的能力と規約への同意を確認したものとみなされます。

Prices and Deposit
The price corresponds to the displayed price in Japanese Yen. Discounts cannot be combined. Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Processing may take up to 14 business days. Remaining payment is due on-site.

料金およびデポジット
料金は予約時に表示された日本円の金額に準じます。割引は併用不可。デポジットは原則返金不可ですが、主催者による中止の場合は返金または日付変更が可能です。処理に最大14営業日かかる場合があります。残金は現地にてお支払いください。

Changes to the Event
The Organizer may postpone, delay, interrupt, or cancel the event for technical or safety reasons.

イベントの変更
主催者は技術的・安全上の理由によりイベントを延期・中断・中止する場合があります。

Liability
Liability is limited to intent or gross negligence. Statutory provisions apply to injury to life, body, or health. No liability for indirect damages unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

責任範囲
責任は故意または重大な過失の場合に限定されます。生命・身体・健康への損害には法定規定が適用されます。間接損害には原則責任を負いません。

Cancellation or Postponement
You must check whether an event has been canceled or postponed. The Platform will attempt to notify customers.

イベントの中止または延期
中止や延期の確認はお客様の責任です。プラットフォームは可能な限り通知に努めます。

Use of Information and Data
Personal data is processed according to APPI.

情報およびデータの利用
個人データはAPPIに準拠して処理されます。

Admission Requirements
Punctuality is required. No refunds for late arrivals. The Organizer cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Admission may be denied for safety or other justified reasons.

入場要件
時間厳守が求められます。遅刻による返金不可。アレルゲン除去は保証できません。安全上の理由などで入場を拒否する場合があります。

Restrictions and Prohibitions
Unauthorized recording is prohibited. The Platform may record the event. Animals, outside food, weapons, illegal substances, and professional equipment are prohibited.

制限および禁止事項
許可のない録音録画は禁止。主催者はイベントを撮影する場合があります。動物、飲食物、武器、違法物質、プロ機材の持ち込みは禁止されています。

Refunds
Refunds are excluded except if the Organizer cancels the event or where legally required.

返金について
主催者による中止や法律で認められる場合を除き、返金はできません。

2. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used as partial payment for a dinner show and drinks. Cash refund is excluded.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer completes the purchase.

4. Gift Card Value
Value may be chosen freely. Cash payout is excluded.

5. Delivery
Sent via email; physical cards shipped by courier.

6. Validity
Valid for 3 years from year-end of purchase.

購入年の年末から3年間有効です。

7. Disclaimer
No guarantee for availability, accuracy, or technical stability. Return or exchange only as goodwill.

利用可能性、正確性、技術的安定性について保証しません。返品交換は任意対応です。

8. Right of Withdrawal
14-day withdrawal period applies under Japanese law.

9. Consequences of Withdrawal
Refund processed within 14 days; return shipping at customer's cost.

返金は14日以内に処理されます。返送費用はお客様負担です。

10. Other Provisions
If parts of the GTC are invalid, the rest remains effective. Japanese law applies. Jurisdiction: Tokyo for business customers; statutory courts for consumers.

条項の一部が無効でも契約は有効です。適用法は日本法。事業者は東京が管轄、消費者は日本の法定管轄裁判所が適用されます。
