General Terms and Conditions – 7 Paintings by InterDine GmbH (New Zealand Events Only)

1. Scope and Agreement
These Terms apply to all 7 Paintings events held in New Zealand by InterDine GmbH, a company registered in Germany.
By booking, purchasing a gift card, or attending the event, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply exclusively to shows and services delivered in New Zealand.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Depending on the event, payment may be required in full, as a deposit, or on-site.
The specific payment terms are shown during the booking process.
Any outstanding balance must be paid at the venue before the event begins.
4. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed via email.
Seat assignments are arranged on-site by the venue staff and cannot be selected in advance.
Reservations may be transferred to another person if requested by email at least 4 hours prior to the event.
Meal selections are fixed at the time of booking and cannot be changed afterward.
The Organizer reserves the right to seat smaller groups together at shared tables.
5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
The Organizer may cancel, delay, or reschedule an event due to technical, safety, or force majeure reasons.
If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, Customers may choose between a refund or a new event date, processed within 14 business days.
Customers may reschedule their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled event start time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email.
Requests made within 72 hours before the event may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund or rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or customer-initiated cancellations.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Online Bookings)
As this event qualifies as a leisure service tied to a specific date and time, there is no legal right of withdrawal after booking.
However, our voluntary rescheduling policy (Section 5) offers flexibility when contacted 72 hours in advance.
7. Admission and Conduct
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled event start time.
Late entry may not be permitted and is not grounds for a refund.
Guests may be refused entry or removed from the event in cases of misconduct, intoxication, safety concerns, or disruptive behavior.
All guests must follow instructions provided by staff and security personnel.
8. Allergies and Dietary Information
Meals may contain common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, or shellfish.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the menu and notify the Organizer of any allergies before booking.
The Organizer cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
Attendance is at the Customer’s own risk.
9. Media Rights and Recordings
Private, non-commercial photos and recordings (e.g., for personal social media) are permitted.
Sharing of performance content publicly (e.g., full acts or immersive sequences) is prohibited.
By attending the event, you grant the Organizer a royalty-free, perpetual license to use any photos or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
10. Data Privacy
Customer data is collected and processed in compliance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020.
Your data will only be used for managing reservations and internal communication.

11. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
They can be used for partial or full payment of tickets and beverages.
Not redeemable for cash unless required by law (e.g., balances under NZD 5).
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Resale or commercial transfer is not permitted without written consent.
12. Corporate Bookings
Corporate and group bookings are subject to separate written agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed, such bookings are non-refundable.
Changes or cancellations must follow the terms of the individual agreement.
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:
The Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
This does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wellington, unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
