General Terms and Conditions – 7 Paintings by InterDine GmbH (USA Events Only)

1. Scope and Agreement
In these Terms, “Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to InterDine GmbH, the entity responsible for providing the 7 Paintings experience in the United States.
By making a reservation, purchasing a gift certificate, or attending a 7 Paintings event in the United States, you (“Customer”) agree to these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms apply exclusively to 7 Paintings shows and services delivered within the United States.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable local, state, or federal taxes unless stated otherwise.
Depending on the event, payment may be required in full, as a deposit, or only on-site.
Details will be specified during the booking process.
Any remaining balance must be paid at the venue before the event begins.
4. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed via email upon successful booking.
Seat assignments are made on-site by the Venue Operator and cannot be selected or changed in advance.
Reservations may be transferred to another person if requested via email at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
Meal preferences are locked in upon booking and cannot be modified later.
The Organizer reserves the right to combine smaller groups at shared tables.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
The Organizer may reschedule, delay, interrupt, or cancel an event due to technical issues, force majeure, or safety concerns.
If the event is canceled by the Organizer, Customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
The Organizer is not responsible for costs related to travel, lodging, or third-party arrangements.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check for any rescheduling or cancellation notices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Organizer and its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The total liability of the Organizer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation.
Participation in events is at your own risk, including but not limited to health issues, injury, or property damage.
This limitation of liability shall not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Admission and Behavior
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and are not eligible for a refund.
The Venue Operator may deny entry or eject guests for misconduct, intoxication, safety concerns, or invalid bookings.
Guests must follow on-site instructions from staff and security personnel.
8. Allergies and Health
Meals may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or shellfish. It is the Customer’s responsibility to assess suitability before booking.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for health-related incidents caused by undisclosed allergies or intolerances.
9. Use of Data and Media Rights
Customer data is collected and used solely for reservation management and internal communication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Recording or transmitting content during the event is prohibited, unless for private personal use (e.g., on personal social media).
By attending the event, the Customer grants the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any audio, video, or photo recordings made during the event for promotional purposes, unless the Customer objects in writing before the event.
10. Gift Certificates
11. Corporate Bookings
Prepaid corporate or private bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes or cancellations must follow the terms of the individual agreement.
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
12. Refund Policy
Reservations & Deposits: All deposits made for event reservations are non-refundable, except when the event is canceled by the Organizer. In such cases, Customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund within 14 business days.
Customers may reschedule their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start time by contacting us via email.
Changes requested within 72 hours before the event are not guaranteed and may be treated as a no-show, with no entitlement to refund or rescheduling.
Corporate Bookings: Prepaid corporate bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing (see Section 11).
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law (see Section 10).
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the event is held.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state unless otherwise required by law.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
